We meet on alternate Thursday afternoons at the Baptist Church from 2 to 4pm, are progressing well and would welcome new members. Anyone can have a go – it’s just a question of finding the subject, medium and style which suits the particular individual. Our main medium is watercolour but work in pencil/charcoal, acrylic and pastel is also carried out.
There is some instruction and guidance on materials and technique.
This picture shows our display of our work at our Thatcham u3a Open Afternoon in October as part of the Thatcham Festival. It was very enjoyable showing our work to members of the public and explaining what we do.
